They are still building courtyard villas but to me they don't create that friendly neighborhood concept like the patio villa and the courtyard villa has much less driveway space. It's unlike The Villages to stop building a winner!

What makes less sense is why can I get a new cottage house 300 square ft. larger then a patio villa at the same price and in some cases cheaper! Many to choose from in Labelle and Pine Hills.
