We just had Bill install a backsplash in our kitchen, and can't say enough about the job. He's a good ol' southern boy who loves his work, and it shows. He starts his job at 7:00 am sharp, and hits the floor running. Once he had the prep done, and half the tile up, you give him a cup of coffee, and he has his "union" coffee break at the table with you and talks. He then finishes putting up the tile, cleans up, and is back the next day at seven sharp, and repeats the process by grouting. He's very meticulous, and takes great pride in his work.
