Welcome
and congrats to our newest Amelia neighbors. We too have just last sept closed on our home and love it there. But like you are not yet there full time. Still making occasional trips down although not often enough. It will still take a while until we are truly there FT and can't wait. 1st few times down was closing, furniture & decorating runs. Hopeful that next trip will be more for relaxation and pool enjoyment as thing settle down.
