One of the real pleasures of living in TV is the ability to go almost everywhere in your golf cart. This is one of the things that distinguishes TV from other retirement communities.

I understand that accidents happen. They happen to walkers, bikers, drivers of golf carts, drivers of cars, people climbing ladders, etc. etc. It's up to each individual how much "risk" we wish to take as long as we don't injure somebody else. This has been the "American way". I for one vote to keep it this way without government interference.
