Keeping the exit gate open on Morse and other gates in prime season makes sense.
Speeding is a problem on this Morse, Rio grande and DelMar but more disturbing is a driver intentionally going well below the speed limit. Sometimes it is done intentionally because these drivers feel compelled to attempt to control all drivers on their road.
I had a woman do that once to me when driving my cart on Davenport she kept intentionally cutting in front of me literally swerving from the extreme right to the extreme left. never occurred to her she was a danger to others but then she probably thought the street belonged to her
