18 years ago Elle DeGeneres came out and gays have been better accepted as a result of it.
Bruce Jenner is now trying to accomplish better acceptance for the trans gender community.
I wish him well. He obviously has a tough road ahead, with much hostility, ridicule and questioning of his motives.
