Hubby had rash, itchiness and swelling in his groin area and his doctor told him it was a fungal infections that had to do with sweating. He prescribed clotrimazole-betamethasone cream, which cleared it up.

We have leather furniture, so he now sits on a towel. Between the cream and towel, he's had no recurrence.
