Taxpayers have a vested interest in their public golf courses. That said, OP I can agree with you that the Villages Developer could (if he wanted to) have more transparency regarding projects within The Villages. However, I can also understand in the private sector the need to keep certain actions "close to the chest" until the right time to release that information. Do residents have the need to know what is going on with the renovation of a particular golf course?
Frankly, it's probably not a high priority with the Developer or with most Village residents.
