Default Door-Ease Stik Lubricant

Stop in at your local Ace Hardware store and buy a package of "Door-Ease" Stik Lubricant. Looks and applies like a large crayon. Rub it once or twice across the top surface of the track where the rollers touch. Less than a minute and under two dollars.
