Because of you Doc I looked at the new home available in the historic district and .........drum roll..........we bought one!! We were looking at pre owned homes and actually had an offer on one which I pulled as soon as we saw the new one!!
So I guess we'll be neighbors. As soon as I get my studio set up in the 3rd bedroom we'll have to get together and pound out some Beatles!!
