I've been to a few places and haven't seen them do this. Is there a place where you go that they do this? I currently have an infection in my big toe where the technician cut way into the cuticle too far. It started bleeding and her solution was to stick my toe back into the dirty water. I've had to go to the dr. and get antibiotics and then to a podiatrist also.
