First let me say we purchased the Lantana model and absolutely love it. However, there is an intrinsic defect. There isn't any gutter system in the back and during a rain, we literally have a waterfall pounding down from our roof onto our patio. My Dad was a contractor so I asked the builder what the problem was. I know this will be erosive to the concrete patio. His answer to me was that "Yes, you're right, but we have to go buy The Villages specs." So we had to put in our own gutter in back. Now this isn't a huge cost, but it shouldn't have to be a separate cost at all. (Maybe the gutterman everyone calls is somebody's cousin! lol) Anyway, I'm posting this to people to inform them when they are buying to ask immediately about the gutter system in the back and maybe if enough of us make a comment about this, TV will change their specs, because it's just wrong. (We still love the model though
