I started out wanting to purchase a Bridgeport model house. Then I discovered that the Boxwood and Holly are very similar designs to it but without the half bath. The kitchen layout of all three is almost identical and that was our area of interest. As a Holly not on a golf course and without the frills seemed to more easily fit my budget, that’s want we decided to live in as our first house in TV.
