Hi sistahs! I'm traveling now (yep, on our way to TV) so haven't had a chance to talk to young man I work with who always sits on an exercise ball. What I can tell you is that he does decathlons (or whatever the extreme endurance race is). He uses the ball to keep his torso toned even when he is working away at the computer. He's a real fanatic so I never realized this was something us "normal" people could do. When we get to TV I'll call him and ask other questions about size, etc. Can't imagine myself with a toned torso!
