In return we (board of directors) wind up with a leaner, cleaner financial basis company.

Sound like a fairy tale. Not at all....a real fortune 500 company story.

Now back to Fiorina that you think you know about what she did and did not do.....to get a $21,000,000 severance package.

You can/should only believe maybe 25% of what corporate America announces to it's public. The other 75% never gets out of the board room.

So let's hear how you know so much about Fiorina.
Sorry for this but be careful, you are challenging A very credible man whose knowledge has no bounds. His credibility is beyond reproach, and as you can see he NEVER uses one line smart cracks...it is always a well thought out, well crafted response based on facts. That is why his credibility is what it is.

Will wait for his detailed response. By the way, your case is not singular at all.
