Called Comcast, it took 3 crews out here with 3 different stories about laying the cable lines, really talked us out of it because they didn't want dig and run the lines up through the attic, each one contradicted each other about what could be done and all the work they would have to do and how our sod would be torn up and it would take weeks to get this completed. Now why would I go with an attitude like that?? So we ended up with Century link for internet and Direct TV for television. Found out through one of these guys at Comcast that when our cable was laid when they built the house it was either cut by the irrigation crew, landscapers, who know's?? Bottom line they walked away from it. Century link is okay for internet, don't like there customer service but it was our only option for internet out here. Direct TV is great, love the programming and customer support.

We also live South of 466A & we had the total opposite experience with Brighthouse. They came promptly when they were supposed to & dug the cable with no issues. We are extremely happy with Brighthouse. Lysander is very easy to deal with & will work with you.
