Flagler residents complain recyclables going into trash

PALM COAST -- Every Friday morning, the Waste Pro garbage truck comes rumbling down Rybar Lane.
Ty and Sue Heidelberger ordinarily don't think much of it. Their carefully separated recyclables were out near the curb as required, as was the usual trash, they said.
But one recent Friday morning, the Palm Coast couple said they were aghast to see garbage collectors dumping their neighborhood's plastics, glass and aluminum cans with the rest of the refuse. Snip............
