Let me see the federal government has put up an objection to General Electric's sale of it's appliance business to Electrolux in Europe. The reasoning? Unfair market advantage to the new company and less value for the customer.

So now how about the sale of the last American computer chip America in the world....number two in world share....to be sold to a known adversary of the USA....known for the leadership role in much of the computer hacking against the USA....so what would be wrong with them having control over the worlds supply of chips for those computers that they hack into?
