That's a valid point. These are questions that I get pretty frequently working in the villages when it comes to the pros and cons of multiple providers. Full discosure I have contacts in all the companies I talk about. I also sell and install alarm and surveillance systems. I am biased against cable companies and for telecom companies (especially ones with direct fiber connections) because I know the technology. And I represent them all fairly.
