For those of you who live by or have driven by the pond in Dunedin "Basin D927" which you can see from Anna Maria road you will see a large pond that is low in water, filled with algae, and garbage floating around the drainage pipes and throughout the pond. Not real attractive for such a prestine area with beautiful homes. Your paperwork now states that the pond may or may not contain water. So much for water view at times
