It was you about responsibility. There was nothing wrong with your post. I just wanted to point out a great president wanted to make sure that everyone knew there is a difference between responsibility and blame. When that great president spoke, everybody listened.

This is off thread, but Donald Trump brought up another thing that great president claimed as his own "The Silent Majority". It made me laugh. This was pure genius on Nixon's part. One hundred people could be in a room. They all could speak in disagreement or agree , but you could still say the silent majority was behind you. Why? Because as soon as they spoke, they became part of the vocal minority. I don't know , if Trump claiming the silent majority as his own, will work, but it is a smart thing to claim. If anyone disagrees with Trump, and opens their mouth, they are part of the vocal minority.
