that's not going to be true for very long. There are two homes listed on the web site for under $100,000. They are at $99,000 and $99,900.

They will probably sell for a bit less but it's amazing how the prices of the low end homes have increased. A lot of it is probably due to the revitalization program going on over here.

I remember looking through the ads about three and a half years ago and seeing several homes in the $50,000 range.

I don't know what this says about home values in general, but the people like me who bought homes on the lower end of the spectrum are in pretty good shape right now.

I had 7 relatives visiting this past week. I said those exact words to all of them. The homes on the historic side will reap more of an increase in value than mine (mid-range Designer) purchased March 2003.
