I know one of the homes that sold recently for $98,000 was purchased a few years ago for $60,000 but the previous owners did a lot of work to the house including new flooring, double pane windows, removed all sgns of smoking including cleaning the vents. The house was professionally landscaped and was a bargain at $98,000
