And you know all of this how, Jim? Are you in the insurance business or trying to obtain a mortgage and insurance personally and having trouble doing so for a manufactured home?

We were told the SAME thing by insurance folks in the Villages - and went down to street to an agent in Fruitland Park - walked out with the policy binder in hand within 45 mins; had separate golf cart insurance policy, too! Our friends got their policy from Progressive and had no problem either. We each own manufactured homes and are insured for replacement value and separately for contents.
