If no one kept records of what happened stratified by race until "Big Brother Barack" ( a term which I'll have to guess is not at all reflective of the opinion of the writer), then how did we ever get Brown vs Board of Education. How were the census data collected in 1860 showing the race of each person? How do you know whether your city was hiring black cops? How did we have the term affirmative action before this administration?
How did proof of discriminatory policing by the NJ police come to light if no one was recording the race of the people?

This is nothing new. Nor is the concept of disparate impact which has been accepted by the Supreme Court. So bloviate away. If the data shows that the only difference in decision making is race then what will be staring you in the face is evidence of racial discrimination. But of course some believe that such racism no longer exists because we have "Big Brother Barack" in the White House.
