This is nothing new. Nor is the concept of disparate impact which has been accepted by the Supreme Court. So bloviate away. If the data shows that the only difference in decision making is race then what will be staring you in the face is evidence of racial discrimination. But of course some believe that such racism no longer exists because we have "Big Brother Barack" in the White House. |
Disparate impact has been around since the 1960's. It states that if there isn't a racially balanced in every aspect of American life then it must be discrimination. This concept was challenged in a legal case in Minneapolis -Saint Paul and Obama's Justice Department recognized that it was going to be discredited so he dispatched his people to go to MN and get this case removed he did so by trading off another case. There is no legal reasoning behind this concept but then there is no legal reasoning behind same-sex marriage or Obamacare federal exchanges but an activist judicial court allow their liberal basis to supplement legal reasoning and they are not done yet .

Four marines are murdered and on that same day Obama is embracing Muslim and off to a fund raiser. Christians are killed mocked discriminated against both globally and nationally and Obama embraces Muslim again and again and again for the last 6.5 years. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
