Just out of curiosity, why in the world would you assume/believe that any merchant would or should have liability for parking lot dings to vehicles?? I can understand liability in parking lots for lots of other occurrences (assaults due to poor lighting, slips due to poor de-icing, etc.), but for some idiot banging into my car?? How exactly do you draw that conclusion?
