A Flat sales tax. You have to be kidding. A national sales tax is the most regressive tax possible. Calling it "The Fair Tax" is shear lunacy. It hurts the people on the low, and middle end of the scale for more than the rich. A sales tax with no deductions for interest, dependents, property taxes is fair! It would destroy the housing market. People are counting on these deductions to be able to afford their mortgage payments. A flat income tax with no deductions is just as bad, if not worse.

Don't bet! You will lose your money. Morning Joe is the only one worth watching on a regular basis. I have said this before, when Mika speaks hit the mute button on the remote. Nothing that she says is worth hearing.

His immediate reaction was to blame Congress. How long has the IRS problem/scandal been going on? You are treating his comment as if they were spur of the moment. Didn't Congress blame him immediately, when the scandal broke? I could be wrong, but aren't they still trying to say it was him, who instructed the IRS to go after Tea Party groups? Some of the hard liners, you know thick heads, in the Republican party will never be convinced, he didn't tell them what to do. They will always be looking for something that isn't there.

The Republicans in Congress are driving down a lovely one way street. They think that they are infallible. The reality is it is a two way street. You blame President Obama for everything. He will in turn blame you for everything. That is not infallibility. That is children acting like children. Too bad! So sad! Acting like a child has it good points.
