certainly happened, but so did five dead in Tennessee...so your point is that while accidents happen when someone owns a weapon no one should own one? I guess we should remove all cars from the road with that thinking as more people get killed, maimed in auto accidents than firearms accidents...or perhaps no more dogs as some of them harm people...or maybe electricity because many people poke forks into outlets...or allow people to swim because some drown....or fireworks, turkey fryers, bicycles.....
