I am not trying to be negative. I was just suggesting that they find out what amenities can be used before renting. I thought by sharing, the owner would live there. If that is the case' the renter would get a guest pass as the owner would still have theirs. As a guest, they do not get free golf' they pay a guest fee. They cannot use all of the facilities.
When a person rents and is not present, they turn in their village ID to the sales center in Spanish Springs. This allows the renter to obtain a temporary resident ID for $50 and yes, they can then have the same privileges as the owner.
A renter does not get a non owner ID as described above. This can be for a family member of yours who lives with you but is not on the deed. An example can be a child over the age of 19.
I feel it is best to get the correct information before running into problems with a person sharing. It would be best to go to the district office or contact the sales office in Spanish Springs.
