I posted earlier about the tax rates I was quoted by my realtor in this new area. Has anyone actually bought there and can you confirm that the taxes for a $200,000 home would be about $5,000? Sitting in he hospital now with my wife who just got her 2nd replacement done in preparation for our move down there. Prices are good in Pine Ridge but the hidden costs seem more.
