Something positive you can do in this regard. Contact your Sumter, Marion, and Lake County library and law enforcement agencies and have them evaluate the currency, practicality, and range of materials on survivors/victims of crimes as well as even more importantly what they have about mental illness like links to various associations which help those with mental illness, anger management, PTSD, and other things important. Get the mental illness associations and survivor/victim assistance agencies and professionals involved in the dialog.
