Why not? Donald Trump doesn't need a billionaire backer, such as the Koch brothers, he is the billionaire. He's just skipping the middle man.
He's at the top or near the top in all of the latest polls.
He doesn't give policy speeches. He just rattles off sound bites and attacks other candidates. With no policy, nobody can argue against him.
Trump is the one getting all the attention.
To recap: money, polls, no policy, millions of dollars of free publicity.
And lastly, look at the rest of the field. Does anyone think the brother of the worst president in history is going to be the next president?
