When looking at the new Amarillo's ... I don't find much of a "deal", if any. Previously, these homes were furnished with all kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. Most (or all?) of the new Amarillo's are being sold without kitchen appliances and/or a washer/dryer.

Granted, not having these appliances already furnished, you can then purchase the specific models to your liking. However, that's going to add thousands to the cost. As individuals, we will pay much more per appliance than the developer has, because of his ability to do bulk purchasing.

So, how much of a "deal" are they offering? :dontknow: I'm interested in your thoughts on this issue.
