We have a new Ranch that comes with a 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty. We have gone through it pretty good and the villages has been great about fixing anything (everything very minor) . We still have 6 months before our 1 yr is up but I'm trying to decide if its worth hiring a professional to inspect the house before the year is up? I think it cost about $ 2xx dollars I think the house is in real good condition any opinions on if it worth the extra expense or not and perhaps even the kinds of things they might find that I haven't found. Also any recommendation on who to hire if the recommendation is to get it done by a professional.
