Razorbackfan, I would ordinarily agree with you, and in most instances I would have confronted the individual or gone to management. What is key here is that I was not sure of what I thought I saw, and in absence of certainty, did not want to make an accusation without that proof. Because I was not at the table at which the alleged incident took place, it could have been my error. Had I been absolutely convinced there had been foul play, obviously I would have been obligated to do something about it.
All in all, we are on the same page and I agree with the spirit of what you are saying.
