I've never understood the allure of this restaurant. Other Bonefish restaurants are much better administered. I've seen fistfights among elderly gentlemen for seats at the bar and ladies of a certain age shoving and pushing each other to belly up to the high top tables. I admit the bang-bang Vietnamese shrimp with paprika and pepper in a mayo and ketchup sauce is tasty and it is also a good place to view the latest expressions in body art. Beyond that, the service is normally indifferent and the quality of the food is mediocre.
