Why is there no accounting for Obama's commitment A YEAR AGO to disrupt then destroy ISIS?

What we have heard from the military is at best we are stalemated with an ISIS that is multiple thousands more stronger, using billions of dollars worth of abandoned US equipment.

How could that be without an outcry of anger from we the people....allies?
