if you will be here in early sept after Geoff arrives, i will plan one. would like to hear from any others who will be visiting then so we can welcome as many as possible. we have found it works well to do them around 4 pm so there is no loud music and everyone can then make their evening plans independently. let's set a tentative date for wednesday, sept 9. wednesday is also a good night for dancing at the Waterfront Inn afterwards, or catching a movie, or music in the square, so that is a good date. if anyone wants us to make it a bit later in the month to accomodate them, please let me know. would also like to hear from the regulars if they can be there to welcome the newcomers. please post here.
