Apples to Apples, brighthouse is behind. Customer service may be decent(ish) for now (which I don't agree with seeing as I've had them before and hated their customer service) but it will get worse with the merger. Look at past examples for proof of concept.

I understand Charter is coming. I will never (I know) use Comcast if I have any say about it. It is a dishonest and unethical organization. Enough said.
