It is standard operating procedure for someone charged with a crime to be banned from where they were arrested. If someone is arrested for shoplifting from Walmart they will be banned from all Walmarts for 6 months or a year. For all we know in all those incidents you mentioned the person arrested was banned. The property owner has a right to get a trespass order regardless of whether we as outsiders feel it is appropriate or not. My mother always said there are 2 sides to every story and then what really happened.
