I would talk to TV about being 48. My wife and I are young uns Webought 3 years ago I was 50 and my wife was a mere child at 46. I believe that 20% of the occupants can be under 55. The Villages real estate agent told us their cut off was 50. Dont know if that was true or still the case with this down market. But a call to TV would certainly give you that answer.
