Thanks to those who gave me some good ideas and info. I will measure the hills today after the golf traffic has died down.

Yes, the land beyond the hills is non-Villages property. It is not part of the two parcels to be developed by The Villages.

I completely understood that things can change on non-Villages property, and I was OK with that since The Villages had put visual barriers there on Villages property as part of a golf course.

Having that Villages golf course landscape destroyed three months after moving in....most people in my position would see what can be done to make that right.
