Welcome to The Villages. I also am an intermediate/advanced yogi and have found that many of the yoga sessions offered at the Rec centers by volunteers are good stretching practices. If you want something more along the power yoga line, I found that you need to go to the classes offered by MVP health club for which you have to join the gym. If anyone else knows of any good power yoga or yoga flow classes in the area (free or paid), please post here! Thanks.
