Are we to interpret that as add your thoughts if you agree? I thought it absurd and added my thoughts.

I've never expressed any view that the thread be pulled. I viewed it as an unfounded rumor and nothing more. I attempted to demonstrate the unlikelyhood of it being true. As to pulling the thread, I'd be adamantly against such action. Regardless of the speciousness of a position, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and it's often fun to discuss them. Evidently a lot of people agree.

No, you did not say that you planned to sue, but your did broach the subject, stating that such a suit was viable. The link was to the most recent or most publicized successful suers in case you or someone else decided to do so. If not, you're free to ignore it.

I stand corrected it was not you but someone else who wished this thread pulled.
