Bart hires kids to do his work...He is not on the job ...
<< bricks are unstable, wall movement, poorly glued top caps! uneven brick wall! haphazardly laid brick pattern! thin stone areas! boring shrubs, I could go on...>>. The job remains in this state of a mess!
...an update will follow if he ever fixes this mess ...Correctly !
