In a press interview, Hilary answered one question by saying that an "official" can give permission to do what she did, and she was that official. Of course, she was speaking of having a computer at home to do official work from. If she was implying that she can give herself permission to mishandle TS/SCI material, she is either stupid or criminally arrogant.
