I may have this entirely wrong, but I seem to remember that the new Providence Senior Home that opened last year in Wildwood, it's at the corner of 466A and Powell Rd., advertised one BR apartments starting at $1900. I seem to remember reading that Sumter Place on 466A inside TV had units starting at $3100. I know from first hand experience, in Baltimore to put my mother in a nice professional assisted living home was $6,500 a month. The cheapest option was living quarters in someone's home with 6 to 8 patients and that was $3,000 a month.
