The Senate immigration bill was take it or leave it. It was reported in many places that the Senate bill would have been approved, if it was put on the House floor for a vote. Nobody was twisting anybody's arm. President Obama acted, because he knew nothing would ever get done with the current state of politics.
As long as the Republicans keep this hard line nothing is going to get done on immigration including building a beautiful 2,000 mile 20 foot high fence.

Securing the border is NONSENSE ? I am glad that this GUEST thing exists because if I knew who said enforcing US law was nonsense, I could never forget that username.
ENFORCE THE LAW...you would think that the President of the United States, who took an oath relative to US law, would be the first to say that.
