The intent was very simple. Where did the 4% comment come from? I was an accountant. The 4% number doesn't seem to make sense mathematically. Why is that so hard accept? Why do a small group of people always want to argue, call people names, and offer next to nothing but hatred to any thread. I don't have a problem with your question.
